Swimming: Swimming is another potentially dangerous activity. Most swimming pool injuries occur because of improperly designed and constructed pools, failure to properly secure a pool from small children, construct a gate or a fence, and failure to maintain the swimming pool in good condition. If you own a pool, make sure small children can't get into it by putting up a fence or a gate. Your pool should be properly constructed and installed. If you are using a pool, be careful of slippery surfaces. Most importantly, watch your children. If you are injured at or in a pool, you may be entitled to compensation for your injuries.
