Aaron Arias is an attorney at Dressler Law who proudly represents injured individuals and families throughout Connecticut. Fluent in both English and Spanish and of Dominican heritage, Aaron is deeply committed to serving the Latino community and ensuring that every client feels heard, understood, and empowered throughout the legal process.
Aaron focuses his practice on personal injury litigation, representing victims of motor vehicle accidents, premises liability incidents, dog bites, catastrophic injuries, and other negligence claims. He understands that a serious injury can affect every aspect of a person's life—from physical pain and emotional distress to financial hardship—and works tirelessly to help clients obtain the compensation they deserve.
Before joining Dressler Law, Aaron served as Staff Counsel for Travelers Insurance Company, where he defended personal injury claims and gained invaluable insight into how insurance companies investigate, evaluate, and litigate cases. Earlier in his career, he practiced at an AmLaw 100 law firm, working alongside nationally recognized litigators on complex civil matters. Today, Aaron leverages that experience and insider knowledge to anticipate defense strategies, protect his clients' interests, and maximize their recoveries.
Aaron earned his Juris Doctor from Quinnipiac University School of Law and his Bachelor of Arts from Drew University. He is admitted to practice in the State of Connecticut and before the United States District Court for the District of Connecticut.
Dedicated to advancing diversity and opportunity within the legal profession, Aaron serves on the Board of Directors of the Connecticut Hispanic Bar Association. Through mentorship, leadership, and community engagement, he works to strengthen the pipeline of Latino legal professionals and advocates throughout Connecticut.
